Walker Handle Replacement

3D printed (PETG) part to replace damaged brake handle bracket on a walker for client. Started with the original bracket and reverse engineered the dimensions using calipers and multiple prototypes to test the fit and function of the assembly.

RC Controller Cover

Received a controller for an RC car that was missing the battery cover, resulting in the batteries getting dumped routinely.

Reverse engineered the slotted dimensions and slight taper along the joint, and added tongue clip to snap into place. All modifications modeled using Autodesk Fusion360.
